O'Ceanadais is creating a handcrafted collection of meads and house spirits inspired by honey, fruit, oak and time. From bright orchard flavours and rich berry meads to honey-led cellar expressions and small-batch limited editions, every recipe is being developed with its own character while remaining unmistakably O'Ceanadais.

Our Founders’ Pre-Launch Tasting is planned for November 2026 in Rolleston/Selwyn.

Guests will taste the full range, record their impressions and vote for their favourites. The feedback gathered during the evening will help guide final refinements, identify the strongest launch selections and shape the first official O'Ceanadais release.

This is more than a tasting. It is an invitation to join us at the beginning, meet the story behind the range and help influence what comes next.

Following the tasting, we will review the results, complete final production and release preparations, and prepare for our planned public sales launch in early 2027, subject to final licensing and release approvals.
